Any tips on garage door maintanence?

Hi there,
I have some carriage style garage doors that you’ve installed openers for. What kind of maintenance will the doors themselves need to last a while and will the openers need to be checked regularly aswell.

In accordance with the Door & Access Systems Manufacturer Association’s (DASMA) Garage Door/Door Opener and Safety & Maintenance Guide you should be getting your residential garage door checked at least once a year. If you are a commercial business your doors should be maintained at least every six months.
Make sure the hinges are lubricated regularly, the tension is maintained as well, aside from these measures check the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures.
